Live - Malmo v Rangers

To get involved text 80295 or find us on Twitter: via the hashtag #bbcsportsound (Not all contributions can be used)

1758: Two minutes until kick-off, and our commentary team of Liam McLeod and Billy Dodds have the microphones in their hands tonight to bring you full coverage of the match.

1755: The players are out on the pitch with the Malmo fans waving a sea of blue and white flags (light blue and white, not Rangers blue). Looks like there's a healthy crowd at the Swedebank Stadoin, albeit bereft of Glaswegians.

1752: It'll be a strange one tonight, with no Rangers fans in the crowd after the club was banned by Uefa from selling tickets to travelling supporters. Ally McCoist says it would have been nice to have the supporters there, but "it's not the end of the world".

1751: If you're just joining us - don't forget folks, the match kicks off at 6pm UK time.

1748: There's just under 10 minutes left until to kick-off in Sweden. Send us your thoughts on the line-up and Rangers' chances via text on 80295 and we'll publish the best entries here on the live text updates.

1747: Former Rangers midfielder and current Motherwell manager Stuart McCall is one of our team of pundits tonight on Radio Scotland 810MW. If you're in the UK, you can listen on the radio or via Freeview on channel 719, Sky on channel 0116, Virgin Media on channel 930 (or 931) and on Freesat on channel 712. We have no online coverage of the match tonight, other than yours truly and my trusty keyboard. Annie McGuire is my partner-in-crime tonight, and she will provide you with an in-depth match report at the final whistle.

1743: I guess the other big news of the day for Rangers is that David Goodwillie will most likely not be making the switch from Dundee United to Ibrox, since he's on the verge of signing a deal with Blackburn Rovers.

1741: Just one change for Rangers tonight. The Ibrox club have been dealt a blow as Dorin Goian is ruled out with an injury just hours after being granted clearance to play in the clash by Uefa. Rangers announced on their website that the Romanian was carrying an injury and would not feature, meaning Sasa Papac has been drafted in to cover at centre-half, with skipper David Weir also injured. Juan Manuel Ortiz has been added to the starting line-up.

1735: Good evening everyone (is it evening yet?) and welcome to our live text updates of Malmo v Rangers in the second leg of the third qualifying round for the Champions League. We'll have some team news for you shortly, but if you're just joining us, don't forget you can listen to the match on Radio Scotland 810MW if you're in the UK. However, for everyone else, you'll have my company for the duration of the match as we try to bring you every kick of the ball.
