Casey Anthony to Be Released July 13

Those hoping for a silver lining in Casey Anthony's four-year prison sentence for lying to authorities this morning are about to be sorely disappointed.

She will be released from an Orange County, Fla., jail next week.

Chief Judge Belvin Perry sentenced Anthony this morning for lying to police, giving her four years in jail, or the maximum of one year for each count.

However, she was credited for the 1,000-plus days she's already served since her 2008 arrest, as well as for good behavior exhibited behind bars.

Considering those factors, court officials calculated that she will be released from Orange County Jail July 13. Perry could impose anything longer.

In the courtroom, Anthony, who was found not guilty of murder in a surprise verdict Tuesday, showed no reaction while Perry imposed his sentence.

Earlier, the 25-year-old arrived in court looking relaxed and happy, in contrast to her stoic appearances throughout the nearly two-month trial.

Given that she'll be a free woman after many believed she would be convicted and executed for killing daughter Caylee Anthony, you can see why.
