Andre Villas-Boas said not to "expect something from one man" as he gave his first interview after becoming Chelsea manager.
The 33-year-old signed a three-year contract after the Blues agreed to pay a reported £13.3m to release him from his Porto contract.
"Don't expect something from one man," he told Chelsea TV.
"Expect us to create a group dynamic of everybody getting together, with people getting excited with the motivation."
