Pauly D was the only cast member that went into the Jersey Shore house with a legit career, and it's only exploded in the three-plus seasons he's been a reality star. Dude rakes in at least $10,000 per night in a single gig as a DJ.
In short, don't expect him to be on the ballroom dance floor anytime soon.
“I might do Dancing with the Stars when my career dips," he confessed.
Despite his Italian heritage - his real name is Paul DelVecchio, the Jersey Shore star admits the cultural differences confused him immensely in Italy.
“There are no tanning salons, which is a problem for me," he notes.
"The gym is an hour away and you have to carry your laundry because the streets are so narrow ... GTL was an absolute mess. You had to go to a nail salon if you wanted to go tanning. Everything else was beautiful.”
