At last night's MTV Video Music Awards - once almost all the hardware was handed out, the performances complete, the announcements made and the smooches delivered - Jennifer Lawrence popped up on screen and introduced the first official trailer for The Hunger Games.
It features Lawrence's Katniss wandering through the arena, with a voice (Peeta's, right?) imparting wisdom to this character via narration. It then concludes with Katniss pulled out an arrow and lighting the Mockingjay pin on fire...
